HYBRID CARDIO RACE TRAINING: a high energy workout inspired by hybrid racing events. Classes blend cardio intervals with functional strength work using body weight and basic equipment. Formats will vary each week and may include circuits, intervals, partner drills and endurance challenges. The focus is on improving cardiovascular fitness, total body strength and muscular stamina while building confidence for events like hybrid races, obstacle course races and other endurance style challenges. All movements can be modified, making this class appropriate for a wide range of fitness levels.
