FOREST FRIENDS
Forest Friends is a parent/guardian accompanied learning experience at York Township Park for children ages 2-6 - ideally when they are ready for preschool level concepts. A blend of outdoor and indoor learning experiences are offered. Children will explore nature through music and movement, STEAM, and literacy. Activities will vary by monthly theme but include some of the following: dance, yoga, counting and patterning, the five senses, nature walks, building, painting, and touch friendly discovery. All participants should dress for outdoor/messy play. Outdoor content will happen unless there is active hazardous precipitation or extreme temperature.
