10:00 AM - 11:00 AM    Golf Programs - Junior Junior Golf Clinic
YTRec has been working with Heritage Hills Golf Resort to offer clinics and camps for our adults and youth.  Programs are taught by Heritage Hills Golf Resort Professionals Tyler Kinard and Shane Stell.ADULT CLINICS:  5 lesson clinics will cover: golf swing basics, short swing, putting fundamentals/shortgame, full swing and drivers/hybrids concepts.  Each session will receive a Perk Card to encourage PRACTICE on their own time.  A complimentary perk card valued at $40 will be provided to each participant. JUNIOR GOLF CLINICS:  Weekly lesson includes: fundamentals of the game, putting game lesson, short game lesson, short game chipping, swing basics and full swing. A complimentary perk card valued at $40 will be provided to each participant.

Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong.  Pickleball can be played by all ages.  It is easy to learn but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.Intro to Pickleball:  Have you heard about pickleball and been wondering what the craze is all about?  Join us for two lessons and an intro to the fastest growing sport.  If you have a paddle, please bring it along.Beginner Pickleball:  We will begin each night with a lesson/skills and then end with game play.  If you have a paddle, please bring it along.Pickleball Monday to Friday:  Players must provide their own paddle. This is for players with at least one year of experience. NOTE: There will be a $5 fee for the purchase of balls per person for the session.  This fee will be collected the first day of play.

POUND with AMPD KICKBOXING:  Pound is a full-body workout that combines cardio, condition, and strength training with yoga and pilates inspired movements. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. AMPD Kickboxing combines various kickboxing, boxing and mixed martial arts movements with great music to create a fun, full0body workout that anyone dan do! Each participant will need to bring a yoga mat and water! Ripstix will be provided. ZUMBA GOLD: is a modified Zumba class for active older adults that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.  The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.SILVER AND FIT:  is a low intensity, low impact workout designed for those with joint challenges.  Through the use of props such as weights and resistance bands, you will perform exercises to help increase joint flexibility, range of motion and build muscle strength.CHAIR YOGA:  move through seated and standing yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion. A chair is used to meet a variety of fitness levels.POUND and BODYPUMP:  is a combo class giving you a half hour of each POUND and BODYPUMP.  POUND is a high energy class that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve full-body wokrout, usign lightly weighted RIPSTIX.  BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.  This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the west weight-room exercies like squats, presses, lifts and curls.  BODYCOMBAT:  is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is completely non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness. No experience is needed.POUND: is a full body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates inspired movements. YTRec has been working with Heritage Hills Golf Resort to offer clinics and camps for our adults and youth.  Programs are taught by Heritage Hills Golf Resort Professionals Tyler Kinard and Shane Stell.ADULT CLINICS:  5 lesson clinics will cover: golf swing basics, short swing, putting fundamentals/shortgame, full swing and drivers/hybrids concepts.  Each session will receive a Perk Card to encourage PRACTICE on their own time.  A complimentary perk card valued at $40 will be provided to each participant. JUNIOR GOLF CLINICS:  Weekly lesson includes: fundamentals of the game, putting game lesson, short game lesson, short game chipping, swing basics and full swing. YTRec has been working with Heritage Hills Golf Resort to offer clinics and camps for our adults and youth.  Programs are taught by Heritage Hills Golf Resort Professionals Tyler Kinard and Shane Stell.ADULT CLINICS:  5 lesson clinics will cover: golf swing basics, short swing, putting fundamentals/shortgame, full swing and drivers/hybrids concepts.  Each session will receive a Perk Card to encourage PRACTICE on their own time.  A complimentary perk card valued at $40 will be provided to each participant. JUNIOR GOLF CLINICS:  Weekly lesson includes: fundamentals of the game, putting game lesson, short game lesson, short game chipping, swing basics and full swing. YTRec has been working with Heritage Hills Golf Resort to offer clinics and camps for our adults and youth.  Programs are taught by Heritage Hills Golf Resort Professionals Tyler Kinard and Shane Stell.ADULT CLINICS:  5 lesson clinics will cover: golf swing basics, short swing, putting fundamentals/shortgame, full swing and drivers/hybrids concepts.  Each session will receive a Perk Card to encourage PRACTICE on their own time.  A complimentary perk card valued at $40 will be provided to each participant. JUNIOR GOLF CLINICS:  Weekly lesson includes: fundamentals of the game, putting game lesson, short game lesson, short game chipping, swing basics and full swing. A complimentary perk card valued at $40 will be provided to each participant.

Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong.  Pickleball can be played by all ages.  It is easy to learn but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.Intro to Pickleball:  Have you heard about pickleball and been wondering what the craze is all about?  Join us for two lessons and an intro to the fastest growing sport.  If you have a paddle, please bring it along.Beginner Pickleball:  We will begin each night with a lesson/skills and then end with game play.  If you have a paddle, please bring it along.Pickleball Monday to Friday:  Players must provide their own paddle. This is for players with at least one year of experience. NOTE: There will be a $5 fee for the purchase of balls per person for the session.  This fee will be collected the first day of play.

Ripstix will be provided. ZUMBA GOLD: is a modified Zumba class for active older adults that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.  The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.SILVER AND FIT:  is a low intensity, low impact workout designed for those with joint challenges.  Through the use of props such as weights and resistance bands, you will perform exercises to help increase joint flexibility, range of motion and build muscle strength.CHAIR YOGA:  move through seated and standing yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion. A chair is used to meet a variety of fitness levels.POUND and BODYPUMP:  is a combo class giving you a half hour of each POUND and BODYPUMP.  POUND is a high energy class that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve full-body wokrout, usign lightly weighted RIPSTIX.  BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.  This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the west weight-room exercies like squats, presses, lifts and curls.  BODYCOMBAT:  is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is completely non-contact.
