POUND with AMPD KICKBOXING:  Pound is a full-body workout that combines cardio, condition, and strength training with yoga and pilates inspired movements. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Ripstix will be provided. ZUMBA GOLD: is a modified Zumba class for active older adults that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.  The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.SILVER AND FIT:  is a low intensity, low impact workout designed for those with joint challenges.  Through the use of props such as weights and resistance bands, you will perform exercises to help increase joint flexibility, range of motion and build muscle strength.CHAIR YOGA:  move through seated and standing yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion.
