Discussions will include home and medication safety, as well as appropriate foot care/footwear. LIVING WELL WITH DIABETES: This program is a structured, evidence-based program for older adults living with pre-diabetes or diabetes, which provides tools to manage diabetes and emotions that come with the disease.MATTER OF BALANCE: This is a program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults.
